Early in the morning we
took the ferry from Baška
to Lopar (Rab island). On
the ride we were lucky and
observed Dolfins playing.
Lopar is a bathing resort
with beautiful beaches.
We both wanted to visit
the city Rab in the first
place. After that we got
to know that teh most beautiful
beaches are in the near
by peninsula, and is was
only accessible by bike,
foot or boat, so we went
there, they forgot to tell
us that it was only suitable
for mountain bike, not for
full-geared trekking bikes,
but we also didn't ask.
This snake-like grained
roads took us to different
small bays. When we came
to the bays, we were disappointed
- the beaches were beautiful,
but parked approximately
15 to 20 yachts and motorboats
in the bays and thus were
no longer so idyllisch.
In the late afternoon a
taxi boat brought us a small
fishing village after Lun,
on the island Pag. After
a downpour and a break in
a nice Konoba we hit the
road again to Novalja. In
the north of Pag age-old
olive trees grow on rock,with
which Sérgio was
particularly fascinated.
After this coming to a huge
crowded Novalja was a shock.
the camping place was full
of young people, it was
so noisy that we stayed
only one night.
