In
the proximity of Vranjice
lies Trogir, which center
- similarly as many other
cities - is surrounded by
sea, has beautiful places
for coffee drinking and to
rest, a beautiful port promenade
and wonderful old buildings.
At a side street we came to
Split. we didn't want to stay
overnight there so we took
a ferry immediately to Starigrad,
on the island Hvar. We both
were impressed with Starigrad,
so also with the village Vrboska,
where we set up our tent on
the nudist camping. This part
of Hvar is flat and has some
cycle tracks. Up to the city
Hvar we did not drive, but
at least the part from Starigrad
to Jelsa is well suitable
for bicycle driving.
